Job summary

Abimatic Care Ltd is recruiting experienced Complex Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex health needs in their own homes.

You will support clients to maintain dignity, independence and safety, following individual care plans and clinical guidance. Responsibilities may include personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, continence care, nutrition and hydration, pressure care, monitoring observations and accurate documentation.

• Ability to follow care plans and clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as per plan and accurate documentation.

Abimatic Care Ltd is recruiting experienced and compassionate Complex Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex health needs in their own homes.

You will support clients to maintain their dignity, independence, safety and quality of life, following individual care plans and clinical guidance. Responsibilities may include personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, continence care, nutrition and hydration, pressure care, monitoring observations and accurate documentation.

Depending on the individual care package and your assessed competencies, you may also support clients with PEG feeding, NIV/CPAP, cough assist, suctioning, nebulisers, oxygen therapy, catheter care, diabetes management and other complex clinical needs.
