Job summary

Abimatic Care Ltd is recruiting experienced Complex Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' own homes across Cannock and surrounding areas.

You will follow individual care plans, support dignity and independence, and document care activities precisely to ensure safety and quality of life for clients with complex health needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care settings is required or preferred.
• Ability to follow individual care plans and clinical guidance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document administration.
• Assist with moving and handling to ensure safety.
• Support continence care, nutrition and hydration needs.
• Monitor conditions, record observations and report changes.
• Assist with pressure care and skin integrity checks.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in care records.
• Support with complex clinical needs as directed (e.g., PEG, NIV/CPAP, nebulisers).

Job description

Abimatic Care Ltd is recruiting experienced and compassionate Complex Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex health needs in their own homes.

You will support clients to maintain their dignity, independence, safety and quality of life, following individual care plans and clinical guidance. Responsibilities may include personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, continence care, nutrition and hydration, pressure care, monitoring observations and accurate documentation.

Depending on the individual care package and your assessed competencies, you may also support clients with PEG feeding, NIV/CPAP, cough assist, suctioning, nebulisers, oxygen therapy, catheter care, diabetes management and other complex clinical needs.
