Job summary

Randstad Education in Slough is seeking an experienced special educational needs teaching assistant to support students aged 2-19 with learning disabilities, including PMLD and autism. The role involves working with small groups and one-to-one to build bonds and aid learning.

The position would suit someone who is flexible, adaptable, kind and patient as you'll be working alongside a range of students aged from 2-19 years old with learning disabilities and complex conditions, including PMLD, autism and non-verbal pupils.

You will be providing support to small groups and on a 1:1 basis, building bonds and aiding students in their learning journey.

You Will Need:

• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (Child and Adult Workforce only) or willingness to undergo one.
• 3-6 months of experience working alongside pupils with severe learning difficulties, disabilities and autism.
• GCSE grades 4/C or above in English and Maths.
