Job summary

Sonderwell in Wokingham is seeking a Senior Care Coordinator to lead and inspire the coordination team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. This full-time role requires strong leadership, payroll oversight, and collaboration with clinical and HR teams.

You will drive care coordination excellence, ensure compliant documentation, and utilise care management systems and MS Office. A driving licence and access to your own transport are required.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 4 years’ experience in care coordination or operational roles in health/social care.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to manage finance-related tasks (payroll, billing, rota validation).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Confidence using care management systems (e.g., One Touch) and Microsoft Office.
• A full driving licence and access to your own transport.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, Management, or related field.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and complex care delivery.
