Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in their own homes, delivering daily assistance with personal care, household tasks, and companionship. You’ll help with shopping, meals, and getting clients up for the day, while creating a warm, respectful connection and promoting dignity.

No prior care experience is required; with the right attitude, compassionate nature, and a willingness to learn, you’ll gain fully funded professional training up to QCF level 5 and join a supportive,

The Role of a Home Carer:

Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care

• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication
