Job summary

Agincare Group in Highcliffe is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients at home, assisting with daily routines, personal care, meals and companionship to help them live with dignity and comfort in their own homes.

No prior care experience is required; the right attitude and caring nature is valued. Training is funded up to QCF level 5, with flexible contracts, on-demand pay, and mileage allowance.

The Role of a Home Carer:

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Experience preffered
