Job summary

B&Q Witney is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

This key role, with hours up to 36.75 per week and a permanent contract, includes being a keyholder and guiding shifts from early mornings to late evenings in a busy retail setting.

Full-time equivalent £28,741.44 per annum (Inclusive of £0.54 per hour, store specific location allowance) + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 5am to a latest finish time of 10pm
