Job summary

B&Q Witney is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure a safe, welcoming store environment and to guide the shift with a focus on customer satisfaction and colleague wellbeing. You’ll oversee daily operations, deploy team members, and respond quickly to customer needs.

Full-time equivalent £28,741.44 per annum (Inclusive of £0.54 per hour, store specific location allowance) + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 5am to a latest finish time of 10pm

What's the job?

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. It’s B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count, so you’ll strive to ensure B&Q is a place colleagues love to work, and customers love to shop. In this role you will:
