Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking Production Operatives in Wisbech. No prior woodworking experience required; full training provided and a buddy system to help you excel. The role involves working with wood panels and frames, reading drawings, and performing general factory duties with some lifting.

Weekend options available, overtime and stable weekly pay included. Working hours are Monday to Friday with early start times, good prospects for permanent placements for top performers

Although manufacturing experience is a bonus: It is

Full extensive training given at site, and a buddy system to ensure the right candidates excel, with potential for permanent placements for the best of the best.

The Job:

Monday to Friday - weekends available if wanted

07:30am - 16:15pm (Monday to Friday)

07:30am - 15:15pm (Friday)

Overtime is available too!

Pay per hour:

Production Operative Roles - What you will be/learn to do:

• Operating hand tools and machinery (when trained) to help construct wooden panels and frames
• Reading drawings and following production plans
• General factory duties as required (including some lifting!)
• Previous experience using hand and power tools would be ideal
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude is key
