Woodlands Home & Garden Group in Rodley, Leeds, is hiring a Production Operative to join a team that manufactures premium timber buildings, including sheds, summerhouses and log cabins. Shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm with starting pay of £12.80 per hour, plus paid overtime, annual bonus and regular pay reviews linked to skills and performance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Operative, you'll work alongside an experienced team manufacturing high-quality timber buildings, including sheds, summerhouses and log cabins.

Your Role Will Include

• Building and assembling timber products using hand tools and production machinery.
• Operating equipment such as nail guns, saws and other woodworking tools.
• Following production plans and quality standards to ensure every product leaves the factory right first time.
• Working safely and efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
• Handling materials and components throughout the manufacturing process.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
• Supporting your team to deliver outstanding products every day.
