Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting Production Operatives for a leading food production facility in Ledbury. Immediate starts with a temp-to-perm path, offering full-time hours and a clear route to permanent contract after a successful trial.

Shifts rotate weekly: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:30, Monday–Friday. Pay starts at £13.00 per hour, rising to £16.25 after 48 hours. Comprehensive training provided; no previous experience required.

Our client, a leading food production facility based in Ledbury, is looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work with the potential to gain a permanent contract following a successful trial period.

Duties Include:

• Loading raw ingredients and packaging materials into production machinery.
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring food processing equipment.
• Adjusting machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Keeping workstations clean, organised, and operating efficiently.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

Shift & Pay:

• £13.00 Per Hour
• £16.25 Per Hour (After 48 Hours Worked)

Rotating weekly shifts:

• Monday to Friday - 06:00 to 14:00
• Monday to Friday - 14:00 to 22:30
