Job summary

StaffCo Direct Ltd is recruiting for Class 2 Dray Drivers based in Wetherby (LS23) for a local client. Immediate starts and temp-to-perm opportunities available. Role involves Class 2 dray work delivering kegs and drinks to pubs and bars, with a driver’s mate and heavy manual handling.

Typical shift 06:00 starts, 9–10 hours, Monday to Friday. We require current CPC and Digi Tacho, a clean driving record with up to 6 penalty points, and a professional, well-presented, physically fit attitude.

Qualifications

• Current CPC and Digi Tacho required.
• No more than 6 penalty points; clean driving record preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of local road network and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Class 2 Dray work delivering kegs/drinks to pubs and bars.
• Work with driver’s mate; perform heavy manual handling.
• Mon-Fri shifts with 06:00 starts and 9–10 hour days.
• Temp to perm opportunities continuing with immediate starts.

We at StaffCo Direct are actively recruiting for HGV2 / LGV2 / C / Class 2 Dray Drivers based in Wetherby We are looking for highly motivated, flexible drivers who can take on the company's ethos and assist us in the support of our client's day to day operation.

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday - £16.54 plus holiday pay or £18.53 including holiday pay

The Role

• Class 2 Dray work delivering Kegs/Drinks to Pubs & Bars
• This is heavy manual handling working with a drivers mate to complete deliveries
• Monday to Friday work
• 06:00 starts
• 9 - 10hrs a day
• Temp to perm positions
• Full time work

What we are looking for:

• New passes welcome
• Current valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• No more than 6 penalty points (No IN, DR or DD Codes).
• Excellent Knowledge of the local road network.
