Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a PTLS Technical Lead to guide delivery on pools, tanks, liners, sumps, and steelworks. You will author, review, and approve technical deliverables, while acting as a primary contact for stakeholders and steering technical meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in civil, structural, and steelwork design.
• Extensive knowledge of welding engineering, processes, NDT, and standards.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations related to welds, anchors, and structures.
• Experience with design tools such as TEKLA, NavisWorks, or PDMS.
• Good understanding of relevant codes and standards, including EUROCODE or RCC-M.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage technical workload, and ensure quality compliance.

The Role

You will have the following skills & experience

- Proven expertise in civil, structural, and steelwork design
