Working closely with clients, consultants, supply chain partners, and internal teams, you will play a key role in driving project success whilst developing high-performing teams and maintaining the highest standards of delivery. • Experience managing project risks, opportunities, programme delivery, and resources.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Sustainability requirements.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing project teams.

It’s great if you also have the following

• Experience working for a principal contractor on major infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience supporting business development and work-winning activities.
• Experience within highly regulated sectors such as defence, transportation, utilities, nuclear, or major civil engineering.
• Professional membership or chartership (APM, ICE, CIOB or equivalent).
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

The setting for the role

You will be based within a major project delivery environment, working closely with clients, consultants, engineering functions, principal designers, and supply chain partners to deliver complex construction projects. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will lead project teams and act as the focal point for project delivery, ensuring commercial success, operational excellence, and compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
