Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a PTLS Technical Lead to steer delivery of pools, tanks, liners, sumps and steelworks. You will author, review and approve technical deliverables, engage with stakeholders, lead technical meetings and guide teams to maintain QA standards.

You will mentor junior engineers and support design gap resolution, leveraging extensive experience in civil, structural, and welding engineering in a dynamic, quality‑driven environment.

Formación

• Proven expertise in civil, structural, and steelwork design
• Extensive knowledge of welding engineering, processes, NDT, and standards
• Ability to perform engineering calculations related to welds, anchors, and structures
• Experience with design tools such as TEKLA, NavisWorks, or PDMS
• Good understanding of relevant codes and standards, including EUROCODE or RCC‑M
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage technical workload, and ensure quality compliance
