Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a PTLS Technical Lead to drive delivery on complex civil, structural, and steelwork projects. You will oversee technical deliverables, lead stakeholder meetings, and guide multiple teams to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, resolve design gaps, and maintain QA processes while supporting the design team across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in civil, structural, and steelwork design.
• Extensive knowledge of welding engineering, processes, NDT, and standards.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and decision-making within pools, tanks, liners, sumps, and steelworks.
• Author, review and approve technical deliverables; mentor junior team members.
