Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment in Didcot, Oxford. You will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the on-site maintenance team.

The salary is up to £48,200, with Monday to Friday 8 am–5 pm, overtime and a route into further career progression. Candidates should have City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 and 18th Edition; AM2 and 2391 Testing & Inspection are desirable.

Qualifications

  • Electrically qualified with required trade certificates (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3).
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations required.
  • AM2 (highly desirable).
  • 2391 Testing & Inspection (highly desirable).
  • Must provide copies of trade certificates.

Responsibilities

  • Lighting—installation, fault finding, lamping, etc.
  • Emergency lighting tests.
  • Control panels.
  • Changing ballast.
  • BMS system monitoring (hot & cold).
  • Maintain and update log books.
  • Plumbing—unblocking toilets.
  • Pumps and motors.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to £48,200

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 am to 5 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update Log books
