Landmarc Support Services in the UK is seeking a Patrols Team member to support Defence Training Estate. This outdoor, full-time role involves patrolling and supporting military exercises on site.

This position requires a Full UK Manual Driving Licence, a proactive, safety-focused mindset and the ability to work across a rotating shift pattern. Training will be provided to develop expertise across estates operations.

Location: Lulworth Ranges, Lulworth, Wareham, BH20 5QF

Join Landmarc's Patrols Team and play a key role in supporting military training across the Defence Training Estate.

This is a varied outdoor role where you'll patrol the training area, support military exercises, monitor public access, respond to incidents, and help keep the estate safe and secure. Perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, driving across diverse terrain and being part of a team that directly supports the UK's Armed Forces.

No experience required, we'll provide full training, ongoing development and opportunities to build your career with Landmarc.

Salary: £33,194.08 per year (includes shift allowance)

Location: Lulworth Ranges, Wareham, Dorset

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Average 39 hours per week

Shift Pattern: This role operates on a rotating shift pattern across Monday to Sunday between 07:00 – 00:00, supporting both military training and public access. Regular evening and late shifts are required, so flexibility is essential.
