I.D. Pro-Clean Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning teams, uphold high standards, and represent the company professionally on client sites.

This hands-on role covers multiple locations across the UK; you will supervise operations, deliver toolbox talks, and ensure safety, equipment, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities.
• Valid CSCS card or Pass Certificate; company can assist.
• Full UK driving licence (max 3 points).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and staff.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and lead teams to high performance.
• SSSTS or equivalent supervisory qualification.
• Experience in new build cleaning; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across multiple sites during working hours.
• Maintain best practice and cleaning standards at all times.
• Support Health & Safety compliance per procedures and legislation.
• Deliver toolbox talks and on-site briefings.
• Ensure teams have equipment, materials and PPE to complete tasks safely.

• Attend training courses; maintain licences and certificates.
• Lead by example by working hands-on with teams.
