Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will join our Cleaning Team based at one of our housing sites in the Birmingham area and perform general cleaning duties to create welcoming spaces for residents.

The role offers flexible hours, 5 hours per day, Friday to Monday within 8AM-5PM window. This is a part-time position based at a Birmingham site.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills to speak with residents.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass, etc., as per contract specification.
• Removing dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning Team who are based at one of our housing sites in the Birmingham area

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply

The hours for this role can be flexible, you will be working 5 hours per day between the hours of 8AM-5PM, working Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
