Hotel Indigo Torquay is seeking an F&B Supervisor/Team Leader to join our vibrant team. The role is part-time (32 hours per week) with weekends and evenings essential.
You will support the F&B Managers, lead the team, and help deliver memorable guest experiences in a coastal hotel setting. Experience in hospitality supervisory duties is required, along with excellent communication and a strong guest focus.

We are looking for someone who is available to work Part-Time (32 hours per week), weekends and evening availability is essential for this role.
Support to lead and develop the F&B Team (you will be supporting the F&B Managers to lead our team by providing training and support to our team members, helping build the teams capability and leading by example) –
experience working in a similar role within a Hospitality environment is required, or detailed evidence of completing supervisory duties within your role!
Working in a team to create an excellent environment for our guests, staying aware intolerances and allergies (you will be working closely with our wider F&B team and Kitchen team to ensure our guests have an excellent experience, you will communicate in a positive and clear manner and be aware of existing allergen information and training)

excellent communication and personable skills are essential for this role!
Dealing with any detailed guest requests or service recoveries (you will be supporting the team to manage any service-recoveries in an effective manner to produce the best outcomes, and work with any specific guest requests that require an extraordinary level of service) –
experience dealing with high-level service recoveries and being able to problem solve on your feet is an essential part of this role!
