Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection by IHG is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team. You will oversee Bar, Restaurant and C&B operations, delivering warm, personalised service and guiding the F&B team to maintain high standards.

Based in Canary Wharf, this Full-Time role offers 40 hours per week across varied shifts and a chance to grow within the IHG portfolio. A strong guest-focused approach and excellent communication are essential to success.

We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time, 40 hours per week across a variety of shift times.

To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties while demonstrating the following skills and experience…

• Welcoming our guests and leading by example across our Bar, Restaurant and C&B functions- ensuring warm, engaging, and personalised service throughout their visit. You’ll be confident in recommending dishes and knowledgeable about our full menu offering.
• Supervising and supporting the F&B teams - helping to create a positive, professional, and enjoyable working environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Working closely with the wider F&B and Kitchen teams to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience, communicating clearly, positively, and proactively at all times.
• Maintaining awareness of dish ingredients, intolerances, and allergies - ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and guest safety remains a priority. Excellent communication and a personable approach are essential for this role!
