Job summary

Therapeutic Children Support Worker - Full Training Provided

Shift Pattern: Long days and sleep-ins

We are recruiting Children's Residential Support Workers in Tiverton, with opportunities supporting children with

Learning Disabilities (LD) and

Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The Role

You’ll play an important part in children’s everyday lives, providing consistent care, emotional support and positive guidance within a residential setting. You’ll help children develop life skills, build trusting relationships, engage in activities and work towards their individual goals.
