Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a Therapeutic Children Support Worker to provide practical and emotional support in a residential setting across the South West. You will help children develop independence, maintain routines and participate in activities that aid development.

The role requires building trust with children, supporting life skills, safeguarding, and collaborating with a team to deliver child-centred care in locations including Barnstaple, Exeter, Taunton, Bodmin and Crediton.

Qualifications

• Experience in children’s residential care, education, SEN or youth work is beneficial.
