Job summary

Kimal in Worcester is seeking a Production Stores Operative to support the manufacturing process by accurately picking, packing and preparing components into kits for the production line.

This full-time permanent role offers a shift pattern of 7:00am – 7:30pm Thursday to Saturday on, with a rest day on Sunday, then Monday to Wednesday on, and seven days off, all on-site at our Worcester site. The role requires careful handling of materials and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick parts and materials according to production orders and bill of materials.
• Prepare kits for production in line with scheduled demand.
• Ensure correct labelling, packaging, and traceability of all components.
• Carry out inventory checks and report stock discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts and stock rotation activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitting and stores area.
• Always follow company health & safety and quality procedures.
