Heartwood Collection is seeking passionate individuals to join our team across cosy pubs and brasseries. Pay is based on National Living Wage + TRONC, with additional benefits like referral bonuses and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service skills.
• Willingness to assist management during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Look after elements of service and support team on the floor.
• Assist management with shift setup and close-downs.
• Help create a welcoming environment for guests.

About You:

You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special

You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs

Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restuarant
