Job summary

Heartwood Collection in Guildford is looking for passionate individuals to join our cosy pubs and brasseries. We offer a National Living Wage with TRONC, bespoke training, EarlyPay access, and a rewards program across over 40 locations.

You’ll be a people person on the floor, helping supervise shifts and supporting management in setup and close-downs in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment. Experience of 1 year is ideal.

Qualifications

• People-focused approach to guest interactions.
• Experience delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Look after elements of service and team members on the floor and assist management with shift setup and close downs.
• Support guests and maintain high standards throughout service.

About You:

You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special

You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs

Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restuarant
