Job summary

Aapna Services Limited is seeking compassionate care staff in the Tees Valley area to provide high-quality, person-centred support in clients’ homes and communities. Roles include flexible hours across full-time, part-time and bank availability in Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Redcar & Cleveland.

You will promote dignity, independence and wellbeing in line with care plans and CQC standards, while maintaining records and communicating with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support, including personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration and domestic tasks where required.
• Support individuals to develop independence and access social, leisure and community activities.
• Administer or assist with medication when trained and assessed as competent.
• Provide emotional support, reassurance and companionship.
• Monitor and report changes in health, wellbeing, behaviour or risk.
• Maintain accurate care records, including care notes and MARs.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, confidentiality and other company policies.
• Work professionally with colleagues, families and other professionals.
• Attend required training, supervision and team meetings.
• Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.
