Job summary

Nunthorpe Primary School is seeking caring and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisors to join our team. The role focuses on supervising children during lunch, promoting safe play, and helping create a happy, positive lunchtime experience for all pupils.

Ideal for parents or carers seeking part-time hours; you will work 12:00pm–1:15pm, Monday to Friday, term time only, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and wellbeing. Training and supportive staff are provided. Closing date: 19 October 2026.

Job description

We are currently seeking caring, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Lunchtime Supervisors.

This role plays a vital part in helping our children enjoy a safe, happy and positive lunchtime each day.

  • 12.00pm – 1.15pm Monday to Friday Term time only
  • 6.25 hours per week - £13.28 per hour
  • School hours – no evenings or weekends
