Job summary

High Green Primary School is seeking a permanent Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. The role focuses on keeping pupils aged 4–11 safe, engaged and happy during lunchtime, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and positive interactions.

The successful candidate will be caring, enthusiastic and reliable, with good communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to undertake First Aid training. This is a part-time, term-time position at our school in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in a range of lunchtime games, activities and experiences.
• Contribute to a positive, enjoyable lunchtime environment for pupils aged 4–11.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding school matters.
• Show a can-do attitude and work well as part of a dedicated team.
• Be willing to undertake appropriate First Aid training if not already held.
