Job summary

VN Appointments is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor for a Primary School in Hemel Hempstead. The role runs daily from 11:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, as an ongoing temporary placement with potential continuation.

You will supervise pupils at lunchtime, encourage positive behaviour, support younger children, and ensure a safe, friendly environment in the dining area and playground. Previous experience with children is helpful, and reliability is essential.

• Previous experience working with children or within a school would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils during lunchtime, both in the dining area and playground

Contract: Ongoing Temporary – at least until October half term

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join a beautiful little Primary School in Hemel Hempstead.

This is an ongoing temporary position, running at least until the October half term, with the possibility of continuing beyond this depending on the school’s needs. The hours are 11:30am–1:30pm each day, Monday to Friday.

The role will include:

• Supervising pupils during lunchtime, both in the dining area and playground
• Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a happy and safe lunchtime environment
• Supporting younger children where needed during lunch
