Priority Recruitment is recruiting a 30-hour Sales Advisor for their Middlesbrough store in Cleveland Centre. You’ll join the franchise’s largest store, where confidence and great customer conversations are central to the role.

The position offers £13.45 per hour on a 30-hour contract, with an expected monthly commission of £200–£300+ on top of your basic pay. Shifts on a rota include weekends and store hours 9:00 am–5:30 pm Mon–Sat, 10:30 am–4:30 pm Sundays.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail, sales, hospitality or customer service.

Location: Middlesbrough, Cleveland Centre

Basic Salary: £13.45 per hour

Commission: Expected commission of £200–£300+ per month, with uncapped earning potential

Hours: 30 hours per week

Shift and Schedule: Shifts are worked on a rota, with flexibility to work weekends. The store trades from 9:00 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, and 10:30 am–4:30 pm on Sundays.
