Priority Recruitment is recruiting a 30-hour Sales Advisor for their Middlesbrough store in Cleveland Centre. You’ll join the franchise’s largest store, where confidence and great customer conversations are central to the role.

The position offers £13.45 per hour on a 30-hour contract, with an expected monthly commission of £200–£300+ on top of your basic pay. Shifts on a rota include weekends and store hours 9:00 am–5:30 pm Mon–Sat, 10:30 am–4:30 pm Sundays.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail, sales, hospitality or customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence to approach customers.
• Strong conversation skills: listen, ask questions and build rapport.
• Positive, proactive attitude with motivation to achieve targets.
• Organised and professional in a busy retail environment.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of weekly rota.
