Tenpin Ltd in Swansea is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an exceptional guest experience across reception bookings, enquiries and events. You’ll help host activities from Laser Arena to Karaoke Rooms, while keeping the centre clean and welcoming for families and visitors.

The role requires confidence, energy and a proactive, friendly attitude with a focus on great service. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is essential.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
