Voyage Care in Swaffham is seeking a caring Support Worker to help residents gain independence and enjoy daily activities. You will be part of a friendly team, supporting people to live more independently and engaging them in community and personal-care activities.

Support Worker – Swaffham - pay rate £13.05 per hour
Typical Shifts are: Monday - Sunday 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm , Waking nights are 9pm-7am ( provided 4 weeks in advance )
Please note that a full UK driving license is required as part of this role.

At our supported living service in Swaffham, we support 3 females and 1 male, it is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support shopping in town, the next you could be unwinding with them cooking, watching films or helping to reach a personal goal.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals.
