Shift timesMonday - Friday 07.00 to 16.00 What will you deliver?Complete all planned maintenance (PPM) and record work details accurately using the PDA.Keep the customer's CAFM system updated with work progress, completed tasks, and any follow-up actions.Complete reactive maintenance work promptly and identify areas for improvement.Report and record equipment failures and defects, ensuring repairs are completed quickly.Maintain stock of necessary spare parts and provide parts information and repair timescales when needed.Carry out a Point of Work Risk Assessment (POWRA) before starting work and report safety concerns.Follow approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments at all times..Work professionally and deliver services in line with customer and company standards.Supervise subcontractors working on site.Understand and meet contractual KPIs and SLAs.Participate in the on-call rota and attend emergency call-outs when required.Be flexible to work outside normal hours to support customer needs.Regularly inspect tools and test equipment to ensure they are safe and in date.
