Job summary

The Myton Hospices is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Shipston charity shop to lead daily shop operations and deliver compassionate customer service in a community-focused setting.

You will coordinate stock donations, supervise volunteers, and help maximise sales through Gift Aid and our Weekly Lottery, contributing to the charity’s vital work across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or charity shop environment preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.

We’re looking for an Assistant Shop Manager for our Shipston charity shop.

At The Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are a much-loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 26 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.

As an Assistant Shop Manager, a typical day would include:

• Generating high-quality stock donations
• Providing excellent customer service and shopping experiences
• Maximising sales through Gift Aid and our Weekly Lottery
