Job summary

Dudley Tool Presswork & Engineering Ltd is seeking a production operator for a busy modern press shop. You should have experience with power presses and related equipment up to 125 tonnes to ensure high-quality output.

Pay is dependent on experience and includes a monthly production bonus averaging 65p per hour worked. Holidays are 33 days per year and the role carries a 12-week probationary period.

Job description

To work within a busy modern press shop, you will have had experience of working with power presses and associated equipment up to 125 tonnes.

Pay

Pay Rate is dependent on experience which is also to include a production bonus

*The bonus is payable monthly, according to the overall efficiency / productivity of the factory output for the month. Over the last 12 months the bonus has averaged 65p per hour worked.

Holidays are fully paid and are a mix of fixed and floating, the annual entitlement for holiday year 2026 is 33 days fully paid. Holiday year runs from January to December, holiday pay accrues from the time of joining.

The job is subject to a satisfactory probationary period of 12 weeks.
