Kimal is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader for night shifts at our facility in the United Kingdom. You will lead a small team of four cleaning operatives, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard and that daily briefings, task allocations, and on-the-job training are delivered effectively.

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards and in line with site protocols; carry out scheduled deep cleans in production areas and high-risk zones
• Monitor compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
• Liaise with the facilities and production teams to prioritise cleaning requirements
• Report equipment faults and manage cleaning stock levels
• Train new staff and support ongoing development of the cleaning team
• Be responsible for locking the facility in the absence of the team leader
