Compassionate Care For All Limited is looking for compassionate, dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our supported living services in Stoke-on-Trent.
We support adults aged 18 years and above, including older adults aged 65+, who may have learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex mental health needs, substance misuse issues, physical disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping the people we support to live as independently as possible, make their own choices and achieve their personal goals.
You will provide person-centred support based on each individual's needs, preferences and support plan. Your responsibilities may include:
