Job summary

The Selection Partnership Ltd. is seeking a skilled CNC Turner Setter/Operator in Stoke-on-Trent for a 4 Day Week. You will set and run CNC lathes (Fanuc control essential), reading engineering drawings and maintaining quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have strong manufacturing experience, hands-on problem solving, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and under pressure to meet targets.

CNC Turner Setter / Operator - 4 Day Week

Hours: Monday to Thursday (7.00am to 5.00pm).

This client is an established precision engineering company supplying high-quality components to customers in a wide variety of sectors and industries.

They are seeking someone who can confidently set and operate CNC lathes (Fanuc control is essential), work from engineering drawings, and contribute to a fast paced manufacturing environment.
