TUI in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting a Travel Advisor for our Stoke Superstore. You’ll help customers choose holidays, cruises, UK breaks and add-on products while building destination expertise. The role focuses on turning interest into memorable holidays and delivering excellent service.

You’ll join a team that supports learning and development, with training on our systems to empower you to assist customers face to face and virtually. Expect a fun, customer‑driven environment.

• Strive to exceed sales objectives in store, and actively resolve customer questions or complaints.
• Receive training on a variety of systems to enhance product knowledge and sell holidays, cruises and UK breaks.
