Job summary

TUI is hiring a Travel Advisor in our Ashton-under-Lyne store. You will become a destination expert to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and additional products, always putting customers at the heart of our business.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays, with evenings at busier stores. You’ll receive training on systems to empower you to deliver memorable holidays and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience and customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a busy store environment.
• Comfort with both face-to-face and virtual customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues while delivering enjoyable experiences.
• Drive sales by smashing targets in a retail setting.
• Engage customers face-to-face and virtually, providing helpful guidance.
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints when needed.
