Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd in Stockport is seeking an immediately available Contract Manager or Hard Services Manager to support the day-to-day running of a facilities management contract.

This hybrid role requires overseeing PPM and reactive maintenance, updating CAFM, and leading two Assistant Facilities Managers while ensuring compliance and a smooth hand-back to the client. The position is temporary until the end of November with a negotiable rate.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contract Manager or Hard Services Manager.
• Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance and compliance.
• Experience managing facilities management teams and contracts.
• Able to attend Stockport a couple of days per week.
• Basic DBS check.
• Available to start immediately.
