Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an immediately available Contracts Manager or Hard Services Manager to support the day-to-day running of a facilities management contract in Stockport. The role is hybrid, based in Stockport, with a couple of days per week on site.

The position is temporary until the end of November with a negotiable rate depending on experience, and starts ASAP. You will oversee contract operations, manage PPM and reactive tasks, and lead two Assistant Facilities Managers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at Contract Manager or Hard Services Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance and compliance.
• Experience managing facilities management teams and contracts.
• Ability to attend Stockport a couple of days per week.
• Basic DBS check.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the contract.
• Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.
• Updating and maintaining the CAFM system.
• Managing two Assistant Facilities Managers.
• Ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Supporting the smooth hand-back of the contract to the client.
