Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd in Stockport is seeking an immediately available Contracts Manager or Hard Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a facilities management contract in Stockport.

This temporary role runs until the end of November with a negotiable rate based on experience. You will manage a team of two Assistant Facilities Managers, ensure compliance, coordinate PPM and reactive tasks, and maintain the CAFM system while supporting a smooth hand-back to the client.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contract Manager or Hard Services Manager.
• Strong knowledge of PPM and compliance.
• Experience managing facilities management teams and contracts.
• Ability to attend Stockport a couple of days per week.
• Basic DBS check.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the contract.
• Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.
• Updating and maintaining the CAFM system.
• Managing two Assistant Facilities Managers.
• Ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Supporting the smooth hand-back of the contract to the client.
