We’re looking for compassionate, person-centred and resourceful people to join our team. You’ll support people who have a range of housing related support needs maintain or access housing.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 22 hours per week.

We provide Floating Support in the local community where you would visit customers in their home or temporary accommodation. We also provide Supported Housing where you would be based within one of our supported housing schemes, supporting customers in their homes.
Provide housing related support to customers, including support with maintaining or accessing housing, claiming welfare benefits, accessing specialist support, engaging with community-based services and offering general wellbeing support.
Build positive, trusting relationships, offering person centred housing related support to enable customers to thrive.
Support customers to advocate for themselves, encouraging them to focus of what matters to them.
Digitally monitor and record housing related support activities and outcomes accurately, following support plans and updating outcomes reporting.
Work as part of a team, contributing to a warm, inclusive environment and following Hafod’s standards, policies and safeguarding responsibilities.
