Bupa in Staines-upon-Thames is seeking a Contact Centre Sales Advisor to handle inbound calls from our members, guiding policy renewals and delivering compassionate service.
You will work across multiple systems, maintain records, and proactively identify customer needs to tailor products and services, with a focus on achieving sales and service goals in a friendly environment.

£28,450 + £500 bonus to be paid on completion of probation
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - Shifts between 8am-8pm (one half Saturday a month)

You'll be on hand to guide our existing customers through their policy renewal conversations. Ensuring the right outcome and best level of healthcare for them and their families.

Taking inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environment
Working with multiple systems and adhering to regulatory requirements
Ensuring each customer has a great experience whether it's the first call of the day or the last
Take ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolution
Diagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques
Introducing our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers.
Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded.
Previous sales /contact centre experience is highly preferred.
Strong PC skills the aptitude to adapt to new systems.
Great interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others
The ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner
An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve goals
