Job summary

GI Group Main Account is seeking skilled assemblers to join a growing production team in the Stafford area. Positions cover mechanical, electronics or electrical assembly with a focus on precision and high-quality output.

As an assembler, you will read blueprints and instructions, use a range of hand and power tools, and collaborate with others to meet production targets while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electronics or electrical assembly.
• Ability to read technical diagrams or manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Experience within manufacturing, preferably fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and construct components or products per blueprints or work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble & construct components or products according to blueprints, technical drawings, or work instructions
• Inspect assembled items and check measurements to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Use a wide variety of hand tools, power tools and machinery
• Work collaboratively with production teams to meet deadlines and targets
• Report defects, malfunctions, or quality issues to supervisors
• Maintain tools and keep the workspace organized
• Always follow safety and operational guidelines

About You

• Experienced Assembler
• Previous experience in mechanical, electronics or electrical assembly is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams or manuals
• Experience within the manufacturing industry ideally within a fast‑paced production role
