Job summary

The Stevenson Group in Norwich is seeking a Warehouse Dispatcher to join our logistics team. You will ensure deliveries into stores are processed accurately and on time, support stock takes, and maintain stockroom standards.

This role requires heavy lifting, strong timekeeping, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; Netsuite is a plus. You will handle branch orders, returns, and updates as requested by customer services with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Physical activity—heavy manual lifting involved while on your feet all day.
• Microsoft Office—essential (Word/Excel) and familiarity with Netsuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries into store are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Support with stock takes and audits.
• Maintaining stockroom standards and cleanliness.
• Clearing negative stock and checking discrepancies.
• Process all branch orders correctly within expected time.
• Process all branch returns.
• Update any order details as requested by customer services/shopfloor.
• Supporting with Selling/Display events.
• Ability to follow and upkeep company health and safety policies and guides.
• Additional responsibilities as needed by the business.

• Maintain stockroom standards and cleanliness.
• Clearing Negative stock and checking discrepancies.

Order Dispatch

• Process all branch orders correctly within expected time
• Process all branch returns
• Update any order details as requested by customer services/ shopfloor

Additional Responsibilities

• Supporting with Selling/Display events
• Ability to follow and upkeep company health and safety policies and guides.
• Additional responsibilities as needed by the business.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office - essential
